    • Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • We are not responsible for any delays due to customs inspections.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Please note that products which have been opened or reduced (discounted/sale items) are excluded from returns and refunds.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods are inspected and approved.
